RN Inbound Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Handle and oversee incoming phone calls from policyholders impacted by hurricanes.

• Collect precise and comprehensive information regarding insurance claims.

• Offer clear and succinct instructions on the procedures for claim submission.

• Exhibit empathy and professionalism while supporting individuals in difficult situations.

• Work collaboratively with team members to guarantee effective call management and resolution of issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid and active RN license in the United States.

• Must reside within the United States.

• Openness to accepting a temporary contract in response to hurricanes or natural disasters.

• Availability to complete an 8-hour training course and begin work within 72 hours of activation.

• Strong communication skills for engaging with policyholders empathetically and professionally.

• Quick learner who can swiftly adapt to new platforms and technologies.

• Proficient with computers and able to navigate new systems efficiently.
