RN Clinical Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, which include physicians, nurses, and allied health personnel.

• Partner with subject matter experts to determine training requirements and formulate learning objectives that align with organizational aims and regulatory standards.

• Develop engaging and interactive training resources, such as presentations, e-learning modules, and practical workshops.

• Conduct training sessions via in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and on-the-job coaching.

• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and continuously enhance programs.

• Offer personalized coaching and support to healthcare professionals to bridge performance gaps and improve clinical skills.

• Remain informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates in healthcare education and training.

• Work collaboratively with HR, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Operations to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals.

• Keep precise records of training activities, attendance, and results.

• Serve as a resource and mentor for new employees, providing guidance and support for seamless integration into the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably within a hospital or clinical practice.

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare education, training, or clinical instruction.

• In-depth knowledge of clinical protocols, procedures, and best practices.

• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities, capable of engaging and motivating learners.

• Proficient in instructional design concepts and adult learning principles.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Preferred: Certification in healthcare education or training (e.g., Certified Healthcare Trainer).
