RN Clinical Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Create extensive training programs for healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and allied health personnel.

• Work alongside subject matter experts to assess training requirements and formulate learning objectives that align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

• Develop presentations, online learning modules, and interactive workshops.

• Conduct in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and provide on-the-job coaching.

• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

• Continuously enhance training programs based on outcomes and participant input.

• Offer personalized coaching and assistance to healthcare professionals.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates in healthcare education and training.

• Collaborate with HR, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Operations teams.

• Maintain precise records of training activities, attendance, and results.

• Serve as a resource and mentor for new employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment, ideally within a hospital or clinical practice.

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare education, training, or clinical instruction.

• In-depth understanding of clinical protocols, procedures, and best practices.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.

• Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a team setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Certification in healthcare education or training (e.g., Certified Healthcare Trainer) (preferred).
