RN Clinical Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Create extensive training programs tailored for healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and allied health personnel.

• Work in conjunction with subject matter experts to determine training requirements and formulate learning objectives that align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

• Develop presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.

• Conduct in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and provide on-the-job coaching.

• Assess the effectiveness of training through evaluations, surveys, and feedback tools.

• Continuously refine training programs based on outcomes and participant input.

• Offer personalized coaching and assistance to bridge performance gaps and enhance clinical skills.

• Remain informed about trends in healthcare education and training, as well as best practices and regulatory updates.

• Collaborate with Human Resources, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Operations.

• Keep precise records of training activities, attendance, and results.

• Serve as a resource and mentor for new employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment, ideally within a hospital or clinical practice.

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare education, training, or clinical instruction.

• Strong understanding of clinical protocols, procedures, and best practices.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities, with a talent for engaging and inspiring learners.

• Proficient in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities, able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Preferred: Certification in healthcare education or training (e.g., Certified Healthcare Trainer).
