RM Healthcare Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a TOTVS RM Healthcare Consultant on a key project.

• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of solutions within the TOTVS RM ecosystem.

• Configure and provide support for the module.

• Collect requirements and map out processes.

• Oversee user acceptance testing, along with functional support activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with TOTVS RM Healthcare.

• Background in implementing, configuring, and supporting the module.

• Proficient in gathering requirements and mapping processes.

• Familiarity with user acceptance testing, as well as functional support.

• Consultative and analytical approach, paired with excellent communication skills.

• Knowledge of other TOTVS RM modules is an advantage.

• Experience with integrations and SQL Server is a plus.

• Holding TOTVS certifications is a plus.
