RLS Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Create, update, and close service requests within the OneC RLS system.

• Facilitate communication between the Infant Care and Engineering teams and the repair sites where units are undergoing maintenance.

• Ensure adherence to established Cummins processes throughout repair activities.

• Assist with sourcing orders for necessary parts, tools, and other supplies.

• Reach out to certified repair facilities via phone, chat, email, or other appropriate communication methods.

• Collect details regarding repair events and record them in the designated system.

• Engage in mandatory meetings and collaborate across functions.

• Stay actively involved in ongoing repairs and events as support is required.

• Eliminate delays in repair processes and enhance efficiency in repair operations.

• Collaborate with the Infant Care Team and service locations to manage repairs effectively.

• Aid in pinpointing and addressing channel-readiness issues.

• Recognize quality, service, and other related concerns and communicate them for potential resolution.

• Promote quality standards within repair and support processes.

• Support products within the RLS Infant Care domain and undertake related responsibilities as they arise.

• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders regarding repair event specifics, often involving technical details.

• High school diploma or a certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience that complies with applicable regulations.

• Valid work authorization verified through E-Verify.

• Capability to contact certified repair facilities via phone, chat, email, or other necessary methods.

• Proficiency in gathering repair event information and documenting it accurately in the relevant system.

• Willingness to participate in required meetings and engage in cross-functional communication.

• Ability to manage potentially stressful situations in a professional manner.

• Skilled in locating and sourcing essential parts, tools, and other items.
