This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Accountable for sustaining yearly communication with Comp Alliance members, which includes conducting safety inspections, participating in safety committee meetings, and providing training.
• Capable of engaging with members concerning their workplace injuries and safety initiatives.
• Detect safety risks and propose enhancements to rectify them.
• Proficient in using computer applications for reporting hazards and producing recommendation letters.
• Comprehend how to interpret workers’ compensation injury reports.
• Collaborate effectively with members of the program team, encompassing Underwriting, Claims, and Marketing.
• Deliver training to member employees on a range of subjects, utilizing PowerPoint presentation materials professionally.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for regular virtual training sessions.
• Minimum education requirement – High School Diploma.
• Proficient in using the MS Office Suite.
• Excellent telephone and video presence.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Willingness to travel by car, including occasional overnight stays.
• Capacity to uphold a high degree of confidentiality.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a business or finance-related field (preferred).
