Risk Analyst Program Manager, Partner Risk & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across various departments to facilitate the ongoing development, execution, and management of the organization's Risk Management Program.

• Evaluate and report risks utilizing tools and guidance provided by management.

• Create and assess reports throughout the organization.

• Design and oversee the implementation of risk management processes, including intricate risk assessments.

• Analyze, identify, articulate, and quantify risks that impact the business and corporate strategies.

• Support the oversight of the risk management program and ensure adherence to risk management policies.

• Conduct ongoing independent risk assessments as required.

• Complete variance trend analysis and deliver support and justification.

• Aid in the development and enhancement of risk management policies and procedures.

• Monitor, review, and create risk reports tailored for various audiences.

• Handle problem management, issue resolution, and escalation as needed.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in a specific Risk discipline.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple competing priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
