Program Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Execute the Company's strategic vision for its real estate portfolio.

• Supervise daily real estate decisions and strategies across a portfolio consisting of approximately 2,200 locations.

• Provide strategic guidance to Cushman & Wakefield, the external real estate service provider.

• Oversee over 700 annual lease renewals, strategic opportunities for new office growth, and facilities management programs.

• Manage relocations, new offices, and renovation projects until completion.

• Create and implement Market Plans for all markets within the portfolio.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Field Planning, Insurance, and Sourcing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and related work experience.

• 10 years of experience in Real Estate or comparable management roles.

• Experience in a matrixed organization, managing cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with various management levels and staff.

• Proactive, resourceful, and strategic in achieving both short-term and long-term objectives.

• Demonstrated project management and prioritization abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Preferred: Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) credential.

• Preferred: Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) credential.

• Preferred: Experience in real estate market planning.
