This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and configure trading risk on a daily basis.

• Detect, analyze, and address unusual trading behaviors, such as latency arbitrage, rebate farming, and multi-account exploitation.

• Develop automated risk monitoring systems and dashboards utilizing Python and SQL.

• Conduct reviews of client accounts flagged due to suspicious activities and create investigation reports.

• Supervise active client positions, margin levels, and stop-out occurrences across all account categories.

• Manage and enhance MT4/MT5 group configurations, which include margin regulations, leverage settings, execution guidelines, and basket margin arrangements.

• Oversee relationships with liquidity providers.

• Assist in the creation and documentation of risk policies and internal control measures.

• Address management and support inquiries.

• Work in collaboration with Compliance, Technology, and senior risk management teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a dealing desk, risk, or back-office position at a retail or institutional FX/CFD brokerage.

• Practical experience with MT4 and MT5 Administrator and Manager, including group settings, symbol configurations, leverage policies, and handling MT reports.

• Familiarity with at least one liquidity bridge platform, such as PrimeXM, OneZero, FXCM Bridge, Gold-i, or a comparable system.

• Proven experience in identifying and investigating client misuse, including rebate farming, arbitrage, multi-account manipulation, and NBC exploitation.

• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries against trade databases for investigative and reporting purposes.

• Competence in Python for data analysis, automation scripts, and developing risk-related tools.
