Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate portfolio performance, customer behavior, and key risk indicators across various products and segments.

• Leverage big data analytics to uncover risk patterns and insights.

• Create reports and dashboards to track risk metrics and performance, presenting findings to leadership.

• Enhance risk strategies and policies to foster sustainable growth.

• Assist in the design and implementation of new products and policies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate launches in new markets and sectors.

• Continuously refine risk management processes and strategies through innovation and the adoption of best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in risk management, fraud analytics, or a similar data-driven role, ideally within the Fintech sector or related financial services.

• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with SQL, Python, or comparable tools.

• Familiarity with consumer lending, digital wallets, transfers, and fintech risk models.

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to articulate complex information clearly and succinctly.
