Risk Adjustment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily operations of Risk Adjustment, encompassing medical record retrieval, provider outreach, research on contact information, and the preparation of provider-level reports and presentations.

• Stay informed about the inventory of medical records and deliverables to ensure goals are met or surpassed.

• Engage with both internal and external partners to enhance performance in achieving retrieval goals.

• Act as a representative for Risk Adjustment to internal and external stakeholders, contributing to positive outcomes.

• Oversee, monitor, and track inventory status.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Oscar's daily workflows.

• Familiarize yourself with internal tools and technical processes, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Assist the manager by providing guidance on ongoing decision-making.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in chart retrieval or provider outreach.

• At least 1 year of experience in Healthcare Operations.

• Over 2 years of experience in achieving and meeting established goals.
