This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee the comprehensive Digital Asset Management process, which includes facilitating asset uploads and downloads for marketers, producers, and outside agency partners.
• Spearhead process-discovery projects, pinpoint operational shortcomings, and implement strategic enhancements to boost DAM efficiency and user engagement.
• Liaise with legal, business affairs, production, marketing teams, and external vendors to address access and rights-management challenges both domestically and internationally.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and external retailers to ensure proper asset delivery and adherence to compliance standards.
• Design and conduct DAM and rights-management training sessions for internal teams and external agency partners.
• Uphold licensing and rights-management regulations for all assets uploaded and distributed via the DAM.
• Develop clear and predictable workflows for asset ingestion and distribution processes.
• Collect user feedback, identify areas for improvement, and continuously refine DAM operations.
• Minimize bottlenecks associated with asset uploads, downloads, and rights clearances.
• Guarantee positive experiences for cross-functional teams and external agencies utilizing the DAM process.
• Ensure compliance and governance across distributed assets, aiming for zero compliance breaches.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Digital Asset Management.
• A minimum of 6 years of practical experience in managing and scaling enterprise Digital Asset Management platforms.
• Extensive experience with leading digital asset management systems (e.g., Orange Logic, Adobe Experience Manager, Canto).
• A deep foundational knowledge of asset licensing, digital rights management (DRM), and usage rights compliance is essential.
• High proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar for stakeholder reporting and tracking purposes.
• Demonstrated capability to drive tool adoption, deliver training, and guide diverse teams through operational transitions.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including internal creative teams, production companies, and roster agencies.
• Highly motivated, determined, and organized problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
