RGM Analyst I – Campaign Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Validate promotional schedules from the RGM and channel teams, including Direct Sales and Stores.

• Identify discrepancies and inconsistencies to prevent errors that could adversely impact financial goals or harm customers, franchisees, and sales representatives.

• Record promotional activities in Grupo Boticário's systems.

• Conduct post-registration quality checks with the objective of achieving zero errors.

• Execute strategic adjustments and corrections to promotional activities as requested by RGM teams.

• Serve as a collaborator and validator for Technology teams in the development and enhancement of systems.

• Ensure compliance with best practices and standardization of internal processes.

• Collaborate with partner departments to guarantee process clarity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or academic background in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Exact Sciences, or related fields.

• Currently pursuing or possessing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Statistics, Exact Sciences, or related fields.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with intermediate to advanced skills.

• Basic understanding and practical experience with Artificial Intelligence tools.

• Strong structured logical reasoning and analytical skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with numbers and rule validation.

• Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Capability to work according to structured schedules and manage fixed deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences and stakeholders.

• Adaptability and resilience in managing changes in direction and shifting priorities.
