RFP & Project Specialist – Institutional Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete drafting, enhancement, and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and tailored proposals for institutional clients.

• Collaborate with advisors and subject matter experts to convert intricate wealth management concepts into concise, compelling proposal content.

• Develop and oversee project trackers for simultaneous sales efforts and client implementations, identifying risks proactively before they impact deadlines.

• Act as the main coordination point among sales, advisory, and implementation teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

• Leverage AI tools in conjunction with existing content libraries to expedite drafting and organizing content without compromising accuracy or quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, sales operations, project management, or advisory support.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capability to handle multiple ongoing projects and deadlines with a high level of independence.

• Proficiency in using Google Suite and Notion for documentation and workflow management.

• A sense of curiosity and practical familiarity with AI tools to enhance writing efficiency and structure.

• Experience in institutional, technical, or academic writing is advantageous.

• A degree or coursework in English, Communications, or Marketing is a plus.

• Previous exposure to financial services, wealth management, or investment concepts is beneficial.

• Experience supporting proposal or RFP processes in a regulated or client-facing industry is a plus.
