This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +1 more country.
• Oversee and manage the complete RFI process from initiation to submission.
• Organize and facilitate discussions with Business Development teams, operational executives, VPs, and subject matter experts.
• Draft, compile, and refine content to ensure responses are precise, engaging, and consistently articulated.
• Collect and coordinate information from subject matter experts throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams to create strategic and customized responses for potential clients.
• Oversee timelines, priorities, and stakeholder contributions to guarantee high-quality deliverables are completed punctually.
• Maintain and refresh the RFI Content Library, ensuring the content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Develop expertise in assigned service areas and provide strategic insights to discussions and proposal development efforts.
• Identify chances to enhance processes and foster greater efficiencies within the team.
• Assist with strategic partnership RFIs and RFPs under the guidance of senior team members.
• Exceptional written communication and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven experience in creating, reviewing, or coordinating professional business documents.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with a diverse range of subject matter experts.
• Robust organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and exhibit sound judgment.
• Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• A strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus, though training will be provided.
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in writing, proposals, bids, communications, business operations, project coordination, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the UK or Ireland and not require current or future employment sponsorship.
