Content Writer – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and pinpoint high-performing content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube within specific client niches.

• Monitor engagement trends in the real estate, loan officer, law, and medical aesthetics sectors.

• Utilize research insights to create content ideas and inform script development.

• Develop ideas that resonate with each client's brand and target audience.

• Focus on ideas grounded in successful, established content rather than fleeting trends.

• Actively contribute suggestions to the team.

• Compose complete short-form scripts (30–60 seconds) following client templates.

• Incorporate visual hooks, format images appropriately, and provide inspiration links.

• Consistently apply color-coding and formatting systems.

• Submit finalized scripts at least 48 hours prior to each filming day.

• Leverage Claude and other frameworks to enhance and expedite the scripting process.

• Collaborate across G Suite, MS 365, and various social media platforms.

• Assist with client communications and deliver process updates.

• Contribute to the development of the scripting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as the role evolves.

• Carry out general administrative and delegated tasks as necessary.

• Strong, demonstrable understanding of effective content strategies on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube across various niches.

• Proven track record in crafting structured short-form video scripts (30–60 seconds) that incorporate visual hooks and formatting systems.

• Practical experience using Claude or comparable AI tools for content research and scriptwriting.

• Ability to research and deconstruct successful content to create original scripts.

• Keen awareness of short-form content trends and factors driving viewer engagement and retention.

• Structured, template-based script writing skills, including hooks, pacing, and formatting.

• Proficient in utilizing G Suite, MS 365, and AI tools like Claude within a daily production environment.

• Strong research abilities, capable of quickly scanning platforms to identify actionable patterns.

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly concerning formatting and color-coding systems.

• Self-motivated individual who proactively generates ideas without waiting for guidance.

• Dependable under tight deadlines, especially within the 48-hour submission timeframe.

• Clear and responsive communication via WhatsApp, Slack, or iMessage.

• Adaptable to changing SOPs and frameworks.

• Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher.

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.

• Headset equipped with a noise-cancelling microphone and a webcam.

• Backup computer and internet connection.

• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Personal computer with at least an Intel Core i5 or equivalent or better.

• Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
