📋 Description

• Proficient in Salesforce configuration: Flow, validation rules, formula fields, record types, along with a solid understanding of security and sharing principles.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards. Comfortable navigating the data model, custom report types, and joined and summary reports beyond just report builder.

• Excellent client-facing communication skills, including interaction at the executive level.

• Experience in running discovery sessions, drafting requirements, and estimating your own work.

• Practical experience in data loading, deduplication, and backfill within Salesforce, including familiarity with the tools and matching logic, not just the outcomes.

• Preferred: Knowledge of finance or billing systems connected to Salesforce, such as NetSuite or Sage Intacct, including reconciling CRM bookings, pipeline, or ARR with finance.

• Must be residing in North America (US & Canada).
