Revit Architectural Drafter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create and document residential construction blueprints for new designs, elevations, and options to ensure daily deadlines are met.

• Review and submit new plan, elevation, and option drawings to the Vice President of Production.

• Generate Bills of Materials for accurate material takeoffs.

• Collaborate with the Estimating Department to ensure alignment of estimating and production best practices.

• Update residential construction blueprints to incorporate plan revisions and monthly modifications.

• Create Bills of Materials for existing plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.

• An Associate's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of drafting experience is essential.

• Proficient knowledge of AutoDesk Revit is required.

• Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is necessary.

• Experience with AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture and VisionRez is advantageous.

• Capability to read and interpret blueprints is essential.
