Revit Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Utilize advanced Revit expertise while maintaining excellent modeling practices and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with design teams to convert conceptual designs into comprehensive technical specifications.

• Enhance the firm's Revit Library and create Revit Templates.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary consultant teams.

• Uphold high documentation standards in large project environments.

• Ensure accuracy, minimize small errors, and adhere to CAD and documentation standards within large project teams.

• Coordinate effectively with steel detailers and provide technical solutions for workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience as an Architect (designing and drafting) with a strong command of Revit.

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Capability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Prior experience using ACC (Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate Pro) — preferred.

• Experience with Australian projects, particularly concerning AS1428.1, NCC Section J, and common Australian building products — preferred.

• Familiarity with modular buildings — beneficial.

• Understanding of light-gauge and mild steel construction and coordination with steel detailers — highly advantageous.
