Architectural Job Captain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Transform design ideas into technical documentation in collaboration with the project team.

• Align program, budget, and timeline with Project Managers and Architects.

• Develop and strategize the framework drawing set throughout all phases of the project.

• Investigate and apply relevant building codes and requirements.

• Conduct an initial quality-control review of team outputs.

• Ensure materials, finishes, and systems meet project and sustainability objectives.

• Manage consultant coordination during design, documentation, and construction phases.

• Assist in construction administration through site observations, RFIs, and submittals.

• Organize and oversee document sets from existing conditions to construction documents.

• Engage directly with clients throughout project lifecycles.

• Operate independently on smaller projects or collaborate within larger teams on complex builds.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional degree in architecture or an equivalent recognized qualification.

• Over 5 years of experience in coordinating technical projects, resources, and consultants.

• Proven experience in preparing drawings and documents across diverse project types.

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality documentation.

• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a collaborative studio environment.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
