This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the primary liaison between counsel, clients, and internal Lighthouse stakeholders for managed review projects.
β’ Provide guidance on review workflow strategies and their implementation.
β’ Enhance workflows and integrate suitable technology to boost the efficiency and precision of eyes-on reviews.
β’ Supervise and manage the work performed by review team leads and reviewers.
β’ Develop and execute review plans that meet Lighthouse standards and specific project requirements.
β’ Suggest and promote best practices for reviews.
β’ Engage with counsel, clients, internal stakeholders, and staffing partners regarding review content and progress updates.
β’ Deliver daily project status reports.
β’ Aid in the creation of review project plans tailored to specific matters.
β’ Set up quality control measures for reviews and oversee document review teams.
β’ Ensure compliance with the Lighthouse playbook, throughput goals, and quality expectations.
β’ Collaborate with AI specialists and data project managers across Lighthouse teams.
β’ Implement efficiency drivers in technology for redaction application and privilege logging.
β’ Offer client- and case-specific subject matter expertise.
β’ Engage in process improvement initiatives and undertake related responsibilities as assigned.
β’ A minimum of three years of experience as a document review manager within a review provider or law firm.
β’ Must be an attorney, active and in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
β’ Capable of leading and inspiring diverse contractor attorney teams while meeting accuracy targets, project deadlines, and budget constraints.
β’ Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and dedication to client satisfaction.
β’ Understanding of the litigation discovery process and its objectives.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for a client-facing environment.
β’ Meticulous attention to detail and general technical proficiency.
β’ Ability to handle competing priorities and work independently or collaboratively within a team.
β’ Proficiency as an end user in Relativity or a similar platform.
β’ Experience in establishing matter-specific quality control measures and managing reviews across various discovery matters.
β’ Capable of using a computer, communicating via telephone, and reading printed materials.
β’ May need to be on call intermittently and work beyond regular hours, including evenings and weekends.
