This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Comprehend and utilize internal Registration business workflows, policies, and protocols.
• Employ the ONEReg audit tool to perform comprehensive audits of team members' work to ensure accuracy and adherence to processes.
• Conduct coaching and feedback sessions to facilitate professional development and enhance performance.
• Deliver timely, precise, and detailed reporting of results to both teammates and leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive records of audits and coaching sessions.
• Detect trends and organize targeted workshops aimed at enhancing departmental accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee BDP updates and create new processes based on team needs or changes in the industry.
• Promote continuous improvement, best practices, and proactive solutions to problems.
• Adjust to various communication and learning styles effectively.
• Acquire and implement new or complex concepts.
• Collaborate efficiently with the team to assist teammates in meeting departmental accuracy targets.
• Engage in active listening and accept feedback from colleagues and leadership.
• Provide ad hoc research and special project assistance as required.
• In-depth knowledge of internal Registration processes, BDPs, and DaVita Policies and Procedures.
• Exhibits self-awareness through emotional intelligence and relationship management; recognizes how behavior impacts others and uses empathy to navigate interactions successfully.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment concerning teammate performance, metrics, and internal business relationships.
• A strong passion for fostering team success and aiding in teammate development.
• High learning agility and a natural curiosity for ongoing education.
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate results.
• Self-motivated individual who flourishes in a collaborative and hands-on environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
• Consistent, regular, and punctual attendance as scheduled.
• At least two years of experience in the revenue cycle, particularly in Registration/Insurance Verification (preferred).
• Background in training, coaching, auditing, or process development (preferred).
• Knowledge or experience working with various healthcare insurance payers (preferred).
