This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the operational rhythm concerning forecasting, pipeline management, deal evaluation, coverage, and conversion rates.
• Identify potential risks and shortfalls related to revenue goals before they escalate into issues.
• Develop and oversee dashboards and key performance indicators for weekly operational metrics, quarterly business reviews, executive reporting, and Board meetings.
• Convert the revenue strategy into a practical operating framework that encompasses capacity and headcount planning, territories, quotas, pipeline necessities, compensation structure, and productivity assessment.
• Serve as the go-to coordinator for Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), amendments, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), procurement, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and internal stakeholders while maintaining contracting guidelines.
• Organize deals and oversee pricing and discount approvals, order forms, and non-standard terms.
• Facilitate the commercial process from the opportunity stage to the final signature.
• Work together with Marketing on HubSpot/Salesforce, Clari, and the broader go-to-market technology ecosystem.
• Ensure data accuracy and provide a dependable source of truth for pipeline, bookings, annual recurring revenue (ARR), and customer information.
• Bridge connections between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Legal teams.
• Broaden the role to include pipeline attribution, renewals and expansions, commissions, and customer transitions.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Preferably familiar with security or other technical/enterprise sales cycles.
• Proven history of managing forecasting and pipeline processes comprehensively.
• Experience in structuring commercial agreements and conducting deal desk procedures, including pricing, discounts, non-standard terms, and order forms.
• Comfortable acting as the process owner for legal and contracting activities, including MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and redlines.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce/HubSpot, Clari, and the broader GTM technology stack.
• Experience in creating executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Ability to translate a revenue strategy into an operational model that includes capacity, quotas, territories, and compensation.
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously as part of a distributed team.
• Expected to exhibit autonomy and agility typical of an early-stage startup environment.
