This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Salesforce, HubSpot, and the comprehensive revenue technology ecosystem, encompassing architecture, administration, integrations, governance, and optimization.
• Ensure the integrity of data, maintain system documentation, and uphold operating standards.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and prioritize solutions in collaboration with Growth, Admissions, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Spearhead testing, validation, deployment, and the adoption of system enhancements.
• Revamp lead flow to guarantee accurate routing, sourcing, campaign alignment, campus integration, and family context reaching Admissions.
• Transition essential workflows from middleware to native platform integrations.
• Assess, choose, and implement the next calling and communications platform.
• Enhance lead routing, attribution, funnel visibility, and lifecycle-stage governance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive funnel reporting from lead generation to enrollment and the first day of school.
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting insights during business reviews.
• Collaborate with the Head of Growth to construct forecasting and capacity-management tools.
• Establish a reliable performance overview across Marketing, Admissions, and campus capacity.
• Compile Admissions best practices into a playbook library.
• Conduct a weekly operational rhythm with cross-functional partners.
• Keep a prioritized roadmap of system and process enhancements.
• Chart the revenue-system architecture, identify potential risks, align future-state designs, execute initial migrations, launch reporting, and publish a 90-day roadmap.
• Extensive, hands-on expertise with both Salesforce and HubSpot, accompanied by relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in building and administering systems directly, rather than merely managing vendors or designing from a distance.
• Background in constructing or revamping a revenue engine within an early-stage or rapidly scaling organization.
• Prior experience leading a sales or customer-facing team.
• Experience in supporting high-consideration consumer sales.
• In-depth understanding of lead routing, attribution, lifecycle stages, data architecture, reporting, and funnel management.
• Capacity to transform ambiguous business challenges into precise requirements, prioritized solutions, and implemented enhancements.
• Solutions-driven mindset for researching options and providing recommendations.
• Systems-oriented perspective regarding lead entry, information flow, lifecycle changes, and representative needs.
• Nice to have: experience in CTI or calling-platform implementation, sales enablement or playbook development, forecasting/staffing/capacity models, and working within multi-location or geographically distributed organizations.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship requirements will be addressed in the application.
