Revenue Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports throughout the GTM funnel, encompassing top-of-funnel acquisition, pipeline, conversion, and retention.

• Evaluate funnel performance and trends to pinpoint conversion obstacles, drop-off areas, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Assist in forecasting and planning activities through dependable data analysis and scenario modeling.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance revenue efficiency by providing insights on pipeline quality, campaign performance, sales representative productivity, and customer health.

• Present clear executive insights via weekly pipeline reports, quarterly business review (QBR) packages, and ad hoc analyses.

• Collaborate with the Revenue Intelligence team to uncover data quality issues, validate analysis inputs, and maintain insight integrity.

• Aid Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams in making data-driven decisions.

• Create a self-service reporting infrastructure that scales with business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or a data-centric business intelligence role.

• Ideally, experience within a B2B SaaS company.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Experience in constructing reports and dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.

• Knowledge of SaaS revenue metrics, such as pipeline, ARR, conversion rates, churn, NRR, CAC, and LTV.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or HubSpot data.

• Outstanding data storytelling abilities.

• Strong instincts for data validation and meticulous attention to detail.

• A proactive and intellectually curious mindset.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
