Revenue Development Specialist – Outbound Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee an outbound sales pipeline by re-engaging with previous clients and exploring new opportunities.

• Take responsibility for active consignor accounts during the absences of Concierge and Inside Sales team members.

• Sustain client relationships, maintain momentum, and pursue opportunities until completion.

• Interact with consignors via phone, text, email, and chat.

• Assist consignors throughout the qualification process up to the closing stage.

• Transition between prospecting and closing as coverage responsibilities change.

• Integrate BDR, Field Sales, and Inside Sales workflows.

• Keep precise records in the CRM system.

• Monitor performance metrics and apply insights for improvement.

• Progress towards leadership roles within Inside Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience demonstrating a consistent ability to meet or surpass targets.

• Comfortable managing a complete book of business independently, from initial outreach to closing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of establishing rapport swiftly and maintaining composure under pressure.

• Proficient in juggling multiple priorities while keeping attention to detail.

• Clear and persuasive communication across phone, text, email, and chat platforms.

• Confident in closing consignors and adept at transitioning between prospecting and closing phases.

• Self-motivated and responsible, exhibiting sound judgment and high ethical standards.

• Open to receiving feedback and willing to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Available for full-time work, 40 hours per week.

• A passion for fashion, luxury, or resale is preferred.
