This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete regional revenue performance, from enrollment to payment.
• Supervise Claims Leaders and manage claims production effectively.
• Enhance reimbursement results, improve first-pass resolutions, reduce denials, and optimize the authorization-to-payment cycle time.
• Direct accounts receivable strategy, minimize aged receivables, and avert revenue leakage.
• Ensure adherence to state contract revenue standards.
• Manage payer escalations and conduct regular performance reviews with payers.
• Recognize denial patterns and systemic reimbursement vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate on cross-functional strategies to eliminate payment obstacles.
• Create and oversee regional revenue forecasts.
• Increase forecast precision through monitoring, variance analysis, and alignment with operational drivers.
• Implement standardized revenue governance and reporting practices.
• Collaborate with Finance on initiatives aimed at margin expansion.
• Integrate Enrollment, Authorizations, Billing, Claims, and Accounts Receivable into a unified revenue workflow.
• Conduct revenue performance reviews and develop corrective action plans.
• Create and maintain a standardized revenue cycle playbook.
• Establish performance expectations and accountability for Claims Leaders.
• Foster operational discipline, continuous improvement, and standardized practices.
• Support structured training and capability enhancement within the claims team.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle management.
• Proven track record of enhancing accounts receivable performance and managing strategies for denial reduction.
• Experience leading multi-level teams in a complex, multi-state setting.
• Strong financial insight and forecasting skills.
• Preferred experience in government-funded or regulated reimbursement environments.
• Preferred experience in scaling revenue operations within high-growth organizations.
• Proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools, such as Power BI, is preferred.
