This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete regional revenue performance from enrollment to payment.
• Enhance reimbursement processes, accelerate cash flow, improve first-pass resolution, reduce denials, and streamline the authorization-to-payment cycle time.
• Direct the accounts receivable strategy to minimize aged receivables and avert revenue loss.
• Ensure adherence to state contract revenue stipulations.
• Manage payer escalations and conduct regular performance assessments.
• Recognize denial patterns and systemic reimbursement threats.
• Collaborate on cross-functional strategies to eliminate payment obstacles.
• Create and oversee regional revenue forecasts.
• Enhance forecast precision through ongoing monitoring and variance evaluations.
• Establish uniform revenue governance and reporting standards across regions.
• Collaborate with Finance on initiatives to expand margins.
• Integrate Enrollment, Authorizations, Billing, Claims, and Accounts Receivable into a unified workflow.
• Address process failures that hinder reimbursement.
• Conduct revenue performance evaluations and implement corrective action plans.
• Develop and sustain a standardized revenue-cycle playbook.
• Lead and mentor Claims Leaders with clear expectations and accountability.
• Supervise claims production through Claims Leaders.
• Foster operational discipline, continuous improvement, and standardized practices.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle management.
• Proven track record of enhancing accounts receivable performance and implementing denial-reduction strategies.
• Experience in leading multi-level teams within a complex, multi-state setting.
• Strong financial knowledge and forecasting skills.
• Experience in government-funded or regulated reimbursement settings (preferred).
• Background in scaling revenue operations in rapidly growing organizations (preferred).
• Proficiency with business intelligence and reporting tools, such as Power BI (preferred).
