Revenue Cycle Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance the revenue cycle performance of OCHIN members through expert advice, technical support, and training initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with health center teams on designated projects to improve Revenue Cycle and implement best-practice strategies.

• Create, develop, and execute member evaluations and consultations related to Revenue Cycle effectiveness and technical assistance requirements.

• Recognize opportunities for improvement and propose potential solutions.

• Organize member consultations, including arranging meetings, communicating with members, preparing meeting materials, and following up.

• Plan, coordinate, lead, and assess member learning sessions and training programs.

• Work together with project partners on curriculum development, agenda organization, and trainer selection.

• Evaluate revenue cycle operations and adopt best practices to enhance efficiency, collections, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Assist in process enhancements, system upgrades, and measurable outcomes that align with OCHIN objectives.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Revenue Cycle and finance within a similar or relevant role is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Revenue Cycle and financial management within a similar or relevant role in safety net organizations is preferred.

• Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in Resolute Hospital Billing or Professional Billing is required within six months of hiring.

• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office setting.

• Access to high-speed internet service.

• Ability to work in an environment free from distractions.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis at the time of application.

• Not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
