• Develop and sustain collaborative and productive relationships within Revenue Cycle Management.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of billing data.

• Address billing issues and maintain precise records.

• Prepare and issue client invoices.

• Guarantee accurate and timely billing for all services rendered.

• Investigate and resolve billing cases in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Analyze billing trends and initiate process enhancements.

• Coordinate system configurations to ensure accurate invoicing.

• Create and uphold billing workflows and processes.

• Review and manage updates related to billing types.

• Monitor billing performance and compile reports.

• Escalate unresolved issues when necessary.

• Identify and utilize new technologies to enhance billing operations.

• Collaborate with management regarding revenue cycle trends and challenges.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
