This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Process invoices that require special handling for large and complex commercial clients.
• Submit invoices via third-party portals, tailored spreadsheets, email, and postal mail.
• Ensure timely and precise daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual invoicing in accordance with contract stipulations.
• Manage third-party billing portals effectively.
• Prepare and maintain monthly billing reconciliation reports and tracking documents.
• Liaise with internal cross-functional teams concerning the status of customer accounts.
• Engage with large commercial clients regarding their account statuses.
• Foster customer relationships through effective communication.
• Execute and uphold customer account billing reconciliations.
• Investigate and address discrepancies and inquiries.
• Provide invoices, statements, and other relevant documentation to customers and internal teams.
• Safeguard sensitive customer financial data and maintain organized electronic financial records.
• Suggest enhancements to the invoicing processes.
• Conduct research and resolve complex customer inquiries at second and third levels.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams to reduce invoicing errors.
• Monitor key performance indicators including invoice issue percentage, unprocessed billing volume, days from service to invoice issuance, and process efficiencies.
• At least 1 year of experience in an office environment performing data entry or similar computer-based tasks.
• Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable or transaction-based services is preferred.
• Familiarity with third-party portal billing is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of transaction-based services.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear and efficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
