Revenue Cycle Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the internal team and healthcare providers in resolving disputes with insurance carriers and managed care organizations.

• Reach out to insurance companies to verify the status of claims and appeals through phone calls, internet, fax, and payer portals.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, document consolidation, and indexing.

• Collect medical records.

• Organize and maintain either paper or electronic filing systems.

• Keep a working knowledge of internal policies, client systems, and credentials.

• Assist with special projects and carry out additional assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Previous experience in Revenue Cycle, insurance follow-up, claims processing, or medical billing is preferred.

• Experience with remote work.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Attention to detail and the capability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
