• Review and verify claim and payment information.

• Interpret reimbursement terms outlined in contracts.

• Generate comprehensive reports.

• Work on designated underpayment projects.

• Address complex issues by escalating them appropriately.

• Support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement to streamline processes and decrease cycle times.
