Revenue Business Solutions Analyst, EPIC Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and establish business scope and objectives through comprehensive research and analysis.

• Conduct functional analysis, define requirements, configure application modules, and perform testing.

• Create prototypes and develop functional specifications, as well as data and function mapping.

• Establish configuration tables and manage transaction/control tables.

• Analyze business requirements and devise solutions for various business functions.

• Identify and address gaps within business processes.

• Assist with security and authorization setup, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation.

• Aid in the installation and optimization of modifications and manage data archiving as necessary.

• Provide assistance to end-users regarding application configuration and in-house developed applications.

• Support all aspects of Epic Hospital Billing.

• Facilitate system implementations and enhancements.

• Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets.

• Lead and engage in projects related to billing workflows.

• Collaborate with operations to optimize system performance and functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• EPIC CERTIFICATION IN HOSPITAL BILLING IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, specialized training, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of business processes and workflows.

• Basic programming skills in the relevant language to create necessary workarounds.

• Capability to conduct functional analysis, define requirements, configure application modules, and perform testing.

• Proficient in creating prototypes, developing functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, and configuring transaction/control tables.

• Experience or capability in security and authorization setup, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation.
