Revenue and Reservation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Assist in ensuring the efficient operation of the revenue management department.

• Oversee and manage all hotel reservations along with inquiries regarding meetings and events.

• Enhance guest satisfaction and comfort through proactive handling of inquiries and effective problem resolution.

• Formulate and execute strategies grounded in identified revenue management metrics.

• Convey and present essential revenue management metrics.

• Oversee the team lifecycle, promoting growth, development, and performance.

• Manage the departmental budget while controlling costs and inventory.

• Achieve productivity and performance objectives.

• Establish and nurture effective relationships with key stakeholders.

• Analyze and evaluate business performance.

• Provide insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing financial performance.

• Ensure compliance with regulations while conducting due diligence and adhering to best practices.

• Organize, execute, document, and follow up on activities related to internal and external audits.
