This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and sustain dashboards and reports that monitor demand generation and partnership results (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, ROI)
β’ Examine data on campaign, channel, and partner performance to inform Marketing and Partnerships strategy
β’ Collaborate with Marketing to create and enhance multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, and events that generate qualified pipeline
β’ Work with Partnerships to oversee and enhance co-marketing, referral, and affiliate program outcomes
β’ Construct and manage attribution models and lead scoring that link marketing and partner activities to revenue results
β’ Coordinate with Finance to develop models and forecasts for pipeline sourced from marketing and partnerships
β’ Supervise lead routing and handoff processes among Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales
β’ Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders across various departments
β’ Design process improvements to scale demand generation and partner operations
β’ Utilize AI to expedite analysis, identify patterns within campaign and partner data, and minimize manual reporting tasks
β’ Over 3 years of experience in RevOps with a focus on Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, or Partnerships/Channel Operations
β’ Proficient SQL skills
β’ Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
β’ Familiarity with a data visualization tool such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
β’ Practical experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
β’ Experience in a startup or SaaS environment (preferred)
β’ Knowledge of attribution or web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Marketo Measure (Bizible), or Segment (preferred)
β’ Understanding of partnership and affiliate management platforms like PartnerStack, Impact, Crossbeam, or Reveal (preferred)
β’ Basic knowledge of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Meta Ads Manager (preferred)
β’ Actively incorporate AI into daily tasks and enhance AI proficiency as tools advance
