Revenue Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Enhance revenue and profitability across a range of hotels and multifamily properties.

• Report directly to and collaborate closely with the Lead Revenue Manager.

• Formulate and implement data-driven strategies for pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory management.

• Work in partnership with property collaborators and cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and financial strategy.

• Predict competitive set Year-Over-Year RevPAR changes for the upcoming 90 to 120 days.

• Design, execute, and oversee yield strategies to enhance profitability and elevate RevPAR Index.

• Monitor market performance and proactively adjust strategies as needed.

• Prepare and share weekly strategy notes detailing portfolio performance, strategy impacts, new strategy recommendations, and financial forecast risks or opportunities.

• Conduct forecasts that are within ±3% of actual outcomes.

• Drive Length-of-Stay, Market Segment, and Source mix to enhance Net Revenue and Operating Profit on an annual basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines; candidates located outside the Philippines will not be considered.

• Availability for overnight shifts, typically from Tuesday to Saturday, coinciding with U.S. business hours.

• Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Proven ability to maximize revenue and refine pricing strategies within hospitality organizations or airlines.

• Competence in analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.

• Skilled in collecting, organizing, and analyzing substantial amounts of data.

• Experience with revenue management systems, property management systems, and other technological tools.

• Financial expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven history of developing and executing strategies that maximize revenue and improve profitability.

• Ability to comprehend property-wide business objectives.

• Completion of a brief Vervoe assessment, lasting approximately 45 minutes.
