This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee RFPs, RFIs, pricing requests, and various sales opportunities from initial assessment to closure.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and internal teams to create competitive proposals, pricing strategies, and customized solutions.
• Assist with Stable Value Investment Only sales, which include General Account, Custom Stable Value, and VEBA Stable Value products.
• Organize and engage in finalist presentations, site visits, and meetings with prospects.
• Establish and nurture relationships with retirement plan intermediaries while addressing their inquiries.
• Keep records of opportunities and sales activities in Salesforce, including win/loss results.
• Report on opportunity progress and outcomes to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Provide support for sales-related projects and initiatives as required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant business experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations along with applicable insurance licensing within company-established deadlines.
• FINRA Fingerprinting is mandatory.
• Familiarity with the retirement plan services sector and experience in working with intermediaries.
• Background in financial services sales or service.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and organizational capabilities.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT.
