This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Educate and assist participants of workplace retirement plans.

• Raise awareness about retirement preparedness and support individuals in taking significant steps towards achieving long-term financial objectives.

• Guide participants through employer-sponsored retirement programs.

• Provide education on plan benefits, employer matching contributions, and investment strategies.

• Assist participants in making informed choices regarding their retirement savings.

• Engage in needs-based discussions to uncover participant goals.

• Discover opportunities for consolidating retirement assets.

• Identify suitable solutions that align with overall retirement goals.

• Offer personalized guidance and collaborate with TEMPA team members on intricate planning requirements.

• Improve participant outcomes, foster customer loyalty, and enhance long-term relationships with Fidelity.

• Deliver education and financial advice to 403b and 457 plan participants.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within 90 miles of the Tampa, FL area.

• Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this role.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in investment sales, financial planning, or a similar advisory position.

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses are required.

• Capability to obtain Series 65 or 66 within 90 days of employment.

• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses are preferred.

• Strong comprehension of financial markets, economic conditions, and industry trends.

• Exceptional consultative, influencing, and communication skills.

• Ability to establish trust and enhance client engagement.

• Proven initiative and a proactive approach to recognizing client needs and opportunities.

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to accept coaching, performance feedback, and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

• Proficiency in leveraging planning tools and resources effectively.

• Demonstrated capability to conduct needs-based discussions, identify appropriate solutions, and support asset acquisition, retention, and growth.

• Strong ability to communicate Fidelity's approach and vision for providing general investment education to clients.

• Ability to comply with applicable regulatory and criminal-history restrictions.
