This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of all products within the designated specialty area, including competitive offerings and relevant regulations.
• Educate customers, providing guidance and clarity regarding retirement product solutions.
• Manage routine inquiries from customers.
• Clearly articulate product options and confirm customer comprehension.
• Offer product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Recognize multi-product requirements and connect customers with other product specialists.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests.
• Gain product knowledge and receive instruction, support, and direction from senior analysts.
• Establish strong relationships with customers and assist them in navigating financial challenges.
• Engage with ongoing warm leads rather than focusing on prospecting.
• Possession of FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or FINRA Series 7 and 66 at the time of hire.
• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Life and Health licenses must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• At least one year of experience within the financial services sector.
• Basic understanding of financial products relevant to the assigned specialty area.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and listening abilities.
• Competence in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Effective written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Preferred: CFP and/or CRPC certifications.
• Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com) and digital financial advice platforms.
• Work schedule may vary to meet service levels during operational hours.
