This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +12 more states.
• Provide client services for recordkeeping, administration, and management of a designated portfolio of business.
• Foster revenue growth, enhance productivity, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Guarantee that plans are administered in accordance with plan provisions and current pension laws and regulations.
• Discuss compliance testing procedures, outcomes, and necessary government filings.
• Ensure services adhere to documented service standards through timely communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors, internal teams, and daily contacts.
• Oversee and manage daily reports.
• Record relevant client communications.
• Provide project management support both internally and externally.
• Liaise with technical and support teams to maintain recordkeeping for assigned plans.
• Coordinate amendments to plans.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Associate degree and two (2) years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASPPA or other industry certifications, such as NIPA or CEBS, are preferred.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Capability to prepare standard reports and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts.
• Proficient in utilizing research tools to acquire and apply knowledge of current regulations.
• Ability to prepare spreadsheets, reconcile figures, and analyze financial information.
• Skill in interpreting written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule-based instructions.
• Ability to develop software application skills through internal training.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
