This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for escalated inquiries regarding colleague retirement benefits.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving retirement benefits issues through thorough investigation and collaboration with both internal and external partners.
• Assist colleagues in navigating the enrollment processes for retirement benefits and any plan modifications.
• Address inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Engage in benefits presentations for colleagues and new hires.
• Accurately process retirement benefits transactions, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Maintain accurate retirement benefits records and ensure data integrity across all systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to facilitate processing and reconciliation.
• Aid in enrollment activities, communications, system updates, and employee meetings.
• Reconcile and process invoices related to retirement benefits.
• Assist in the rollout of new retirement benefits programs.
• Oversee retirement benefits operations and address any issues that arise.
• Analyze data to propose enhancements to retirement processes.
• Investigate benefits-related issues, ascertain root causes, and formulate recommendations for resolution.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and program enhancements.
• Utilize technology tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the overall user experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in Benefits Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical capabilities, critical thinking skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with an Enterprise Human Capital Management System.
• Competent in process management.
• Ability to listen attentively, communicate with clarity and empathy, take accountability, adapt to changes, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent requirements for sitting/standing and keyboard usage.
