This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive sales growth and ensure the successful adoption of CYKLX™ within Retina Specialty accounts.
• Establish and nurture relationships with Retina specialists, technicians, office managers, practice leadership, benefits verification personnel, and billing personnel.
• Provide education on product, clinical aspects, and staff training.
• Implement territory sales strategies, selling tactics, and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct in-office visits and engage in product detailing.
• Assist in the implementation of intravitreal injection protocols utilizing CYKLX™ as a pre-injection anesthetic.
• Represent the company at local society meetings, customer events, and educational programs at the territory level.
• Manage territory routing, call planning, frequency, and segmentation.
• Analyze territory sales data, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Maintain CRM documentation, call notes, sampling logs, and customer data.
• Support in-office ordering, inventory management, billing, and reimbursement processes.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Field Reimbursement Managers, Medical Science Liaisons, marketing, medical, and other cross-functional teams.
• Provide voice-of-customer feedback.
• Support national campaigns, sampling programs, pilot initiatives, and conference activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, promotional guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Manage the territory budget, travel, samples, and promotional materials.
• Participate in training sessions, national meetings, and skills development workshops.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director, Retina.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in medical sales.
• A minimum of 2+ years in buy and bill therapeutics or medical device sales.
• Eyecare experience with proven success in calling on Retina Specialists is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of total account management in complex product sales pull-through.
• Demonstrated success in territory management, building customer relationships, and driving sales results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in collaboration with Field Reimbursement Manager and Medical Science Liaison teams.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory daily, with overnight travel required.
• Self-starter with robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to accurately understand and communicate technical information.
• Capacity to follow instructions, work rules, company policies, and safety and security practices.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage typical workplace demands.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to apply judgment and reasoning in addressing work-related issues.
