This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Drive sales growth and ensure the successful adoption of CYKLX™ within Retina Specialty accounts.
• Establish relationships with Retina specialists, technicians, office managers, practice leadership, benefits verification personnel, and billing staff.
• Implement territory sales strategies, selling tactics, and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct in-office visits, provide product detailing, and offer staff education.
• Deliver clinical education and logistical support.
• Assist practices in adopting intravitreal injection protocols utilizing CYKLX™ as a pre-injection anesthetic.
• Represent the company at local society meetings, customer events, and educational programs at the territory level.
• Manage territory routing, call planning, frequency, and segmentation.
• Analyze territory sales data, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation, call notes, sampling logs, and customer information.
• Support in-office ordering, inventory management, billing, and reimbursement processes.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Field Reimbursement Managers, Medical Science Liaisons, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide voice-of-customer insights to sales leadership, marketing, and medical teams.
• Support national campaigns, sampling programs, pilot initiatives, and conference activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, promotional guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Manage the territory budget, including travel expenses, samples, and promotional materials.
• Participate in team training, national meetings, and skills development sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in medical sales.
• At least 2+ years of experience in buy and bill therapeutics or medical device sales.
• Eyecare experience with a proven track record in engaging Retina Specialists is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of total account management in complex product sales pull-through.
• Proven success in territory management, building customer relationships, and driving sales results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience collaborating with Field Reimbursement Managers and Medical Science Liaison teams.
• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory, with overnight travel as necessary.
• Self-motivated individual with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to accurately understand and communicate technical information.
• Capacity to follow instructions, adhere to work rules, company policies, and safety and security protocols.
• Capability to meet deadlines and handle normal workplace demands.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Aptitude for applying judgment and reasoning to resolve work-related issues.
