Retention Restaurant Support Specialist, SaaS Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding and prompt inbound customer assistance through phone and email.

• Advise and educate clients to provide value, address business requirements, and ensure client retention.

• Develop expertise in the Yelp Restaurant SaaS product suite and customize product suggestions based on client needs.

• Engage in probing inquiries, troubleshoot issues, conduct research, and identify solutions.

• Assist restaurant owners in utilizing Yelp Restaurant tools for marketing, managing front-of-house operations, and attracting diners.

• Work collaboratively with team members while actively listening to and reassuring clients.

• Contribute to the dynamic, high-growth atmosphere and strategic objectives of Yelp Restaurants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles.

• Exceptional communication skills with customers through phone, email, or live chat.

• Capability to manage difficult conversations and professionally add value to business owners.

• Flexible, positive, supportive, coachable, and eager to learn and develop.

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST.

• Preferred experience in SaaS, sales, client retention, support, or customer success.

• Must have access to an individual hardline high-speed internet connection; satellite internet and mobile hotspots are not acceptable.
