Retail Route Representative, Company Vehicle Provided

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Visit convenience store locations within the designated territory.

• Merchandise and stock products to enhance visibility and drive sales.

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as required.

• Keep shelves, product displays, signage, and overall store presentations organized.

• Utilize mobile technology to complete invoicing, reporting, post-visit summaries, and route documentation.

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with store managers and personnel.

• Deliver products directly to assigned stores.

• Process orders and guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.

• Represent Max Distributing with professionalism in every interaction.

• Efficiently manage schedules and routes while working independently.

• Travel up to 100 miles daily and conduct multiple store visits.

• Contribute to sales growth across the territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior industry experience necessary; training will be provided.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• An acceptable driving record is essential.

• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for a minimum of 3 years.

• Candidates must reside within the assigned territory.

• Ability to lift, stock, and merchandise products throughout the day is necessary.

• Physically capable of lifting 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

• Must be able to climb and work at heights ranging from 9 to 12 feet.

• Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch is required.

• Willingness to travel overnight up to 30% of the time and outside the designated geography with prior notice.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for daily tasks.

• Capable of completing multiple store visits each day and driving up to 100 miles daily.

• Ability to inspect, stock, and maintain merchandise and advertising displays.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Comfortable engaging in professional sales conversations with retail store staff.

• Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, food service, restaurant management, delivery driving, route sales, sales, account management, or merchandising may be advantageous.
