This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate with in-store personnel to implement company standards for store appearance and merchandise organization.
• Assist new customers with the initial setup of the store and provide guidance on optimal merchandise stocking techniques.
• Assess stock levels and replenish inventory by placing orders or recommending quantities as necessary.
• Remove damaged or outdated merchandise from shelves and manage returns for eligible stores.
• Engage in product relocation, store resets, and labeling for both new and existing inventories.
• Merchandise designated store categories by utilizing planogram implementation and store-specific analytical data.
• Act as a front-end consultant on product placement and merchandising strategies.
• Utilize ABC reporting data to assess product sales and manage ordering from distribution centers.
• Create customized reports for store personnel as required.
• Prepare Store Layout & Design drawings using Visio for qualified customers.
• Document store activities and observations in the CRM system.
• Maintain effective communication with Community & Specialty Pharmacy, Health Systems, and Business Development Sales teams.
• Attend district and regional meetings, training sessions, and tradeshows as needed.
• Travel 30% or more, including overnight trips.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Must reside in or near the Richmond, VA area.
• Extensive training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar fields, typically obtained through a four-year Bachelor's Degree Program or a comparable combination of experience and education.
• Generally requires less than two to four years of progressively responsible and directly related experience.
• Strong selling abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ABC policies, programs, services, and products.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• High level of creativity; focused and disciplined.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 30% or more within the assigned territory and other areas as required.
• Prior experience with planograms is highly preferred.
