Retail Merchandising Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Regularly visit existing customer stores within a designated geographic area.

• Travel to additional locations to assist with customer launches and reset initiatives outside the assigned region.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with Store Management and Associates.

• Provide education to store personnel regarding products and the reorder process.

• Take orders for a variety of products and accurately input them into a mobile application.

• Ensure that products are displayed properly and fully stocked.

• Reset and stock sections of the store in accordance with the plan-o-gram.

• Document service visits, including uploading photos using a mobile application.

• Place signage, pricing, or other store materials during visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to work independently while maintaining integrity and professionalism.

• Comfortable engaging in professional sales conversations with retail store staff.

• Capable of lifting 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.

• Valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for the last 3 years.

• Driver's license with fewer than 2 violations within the past 3 years.

• Ability to complete multiple store visits each day.

• Willingness to drive up to 100 miles per day for store visit routes.

• Ability to climb and work from heights of 9 to 12 feet.

• Ability to visually inspect and handle merchandise and advertising displays.

• Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Comfortable using smart devices like an iPhone or tablet for daily tasks.

• Flexibility to travel beyond the assigned geography for overnight trips with prior notice.

• Willingness to drive or fly to service accounts.

• Up to 50% travel required.
