Retail Banking Project Manager – High Volume, HVAC, Roofing, Parking Lots

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to a designated market or client account.

• Oversee all aspects of individual real estate projects, encompassing planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

• Collaborate directly with clients to develop the scope of work, resource needs, cost assessments, budgets, timelines, milestones, quality control measures, and risk identification.

• Determine project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through the project qualification process.

• Manage requests for proposals, perform bid evaluations, and suggest resources to clients.

• Enforce project documentation governance that aligns with both company and client standards.

• Ensure the integrity of project data and provide accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.

• Lead project delivery teams and offer guidance to reach objectives.

• Formulate action plans to achieve goals, budgets, and timelines.

• Monitor project advancement and communicate status updates and variances.

• Recognize project risks and devise risk mitigation and contingency strategies.

• Execute action plans to minimize or eliminate project risks.

• Utilize construction project management principles and techniques for complex assignments.

• Mentor others and disseminate job-related knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related construction field is preferred.

• Excellent organizational and management abilities.

• Capacity to work efficiently and collaboratively with the wider team.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Competence in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management software.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Availability in the Central Time Zone.
